Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Your 45-day trial starts the moment you sign up — no credit card required. You only enter payment info when you choose to upgrade at the end of the trial.

What happens after my trial ends?

After 45 days, your account is paused until you choose a plan. Your data is preserved for 30 days. You can pick up where you left off once you subscribe.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time — new limits take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date. Contact us if you need help with the transition.

What if I need more units than my plan allows?

You can purchase unit pack add-ons (+25 units each) without upgrading your full plan. This is ideal if you're on Starter and just exceeded 10 units but don't need 50.

Can I get AI features on Starter?

Yes — AI features (tenant chat, analytics summaries, owner help) are available as a purchasable add-on for Starter accounts. They're included on Growth and Pro by default.

Is my data secure?

All data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database, access-controlled at the account level. Every API request is authenticated with JWT tokens. We enforce CORS, rate limiting, and plan-level isolation.
