I'm a tenant — how do I sign up?

You can't sign up on your own — your landlord or property manager must invite you via email. Ask them to add you to their Hatchkeep account. Once they do, you'll get an email link to create your account.

Can I migrate from my current software?

Yes. Every plan — Free, Growth, and Pro — includes CSV bulk import and platform migration for units, tenants, payments, and vendors, with a visual column mapper for Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi, and Propertyware exports. Pro customers also get a free onboarding call to help with migration.

How does the vendor invite work?

You send vendors an invite link from your Hatchkeep account. They click the link, enter their company details and a password, and their vendor account is automatically linked to your portfolio. They'll only see jobs dispatched to them.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes — a full-featured iOS app (React Native) for all 6 roles is coming soon to the App Store. In the meantime, the web app works great in mobile browsers. Tenants and maintainers can add it to their home screen for an app-like experience.

Can I white-label Hatchkeep for my clients?
